Comes with a fixed flat blade and 3 interchangeable "comb" blades (coarse, medium and fine teeth) for shredding or julienne cuts (samples pictured below) if desired, and finger guard "grabber". The blades can be adjusted in height and are easily interchangeable. Constructed of heavy duty nylon resin which is far less resistant to friction than metal. Top shelf dishwasher safe. This product comes in green and tan body colors which changes due to our inventory. Customers cannot select the body color (12" x 4" x 3/4"). No assembly required. Product of Japan.
